Greetings from a chilly Magic Kingdom! With a high of 54 degrees, it actually feels like winter here in Central Florida, which is a nice change. We’re bundled up and ready to explore the park.

Upon entering the park, we noticed the popcorn buckets are no longer the holiday ones. They’re back to the ones with Mickey wielding a turkey leg.

The horse-drawn trolley was noticeably missing from the Main Street Trolley Show.

We found a new collection of pearl Minnie jewelry in Uptown Jewelers. There’s a matching bracelet and necklace. The necklace’s centerpiece is Minnie and a collection of carnations, all accented by faux pearls. The bracelet is a wrap one with a strand of pearls and has a Minnie pendant on the end. The necklace is $24.99 and the bracelet is $19.99.

Over at the TRON Lightcycle Run construction site, the show building continues to enclose. An archway has appeared above the coaster’s launch section. This arch will be where guests enter the attraction’s queue.

There’s yet another addition to the Park Life merchandise collection. This leather keychain features a metal circular piece with Mickey in the middle of a compass. We found it in Star Traders for $12.99.

In Storybook Circus, construction walls have risen in a section of a planter.

In Big Top Souvenirs, we spotted a flat-bill trucker cap. The navy cap shows Mickey and Pluto posing in front of an embroidered Cinderella Castle on a striped background. The back of the cap is mesh. It’s $24.99.

Throughout the park, there was lots of concrete work going on. Some grout work was being performed in Fantasyland.

Areas were roped off due to fresh concrete in Liberty Square.

Small concrete repairs dried in Frontierland.

It was way too cold today for frozen treats! A lot of the carts were closed.

We came across at new set of sticky notes in the Briar Patch outside of Splash Mountain. The blue striped folder-like cover has a retro Mickey and Minnie posing in front of an outlined Cinderella Castle. Beneath them is the text, “OH BOY.”

The inside features six different notepads. There’s two large rectangular pads: one with an agitated-looking Donald and the other with a print of vintage Mickeys in the background. There’s a G-shaped sticky notepad with Goofy, a square pad with Mickey and Pluto in the corner, a castle-shaped pad with Minnie and Cinderella Castle, and a bubbly notepad featuring an abstract sketch of Mickey. The sticky note set is $16.99.

Well, that completes our day at the Magic Kingdom! Thanks for following along. Check WDW News Today for all of the latest Disney Parks updates!
